Terms and Conditions

Shipping terms:

• All items will be shipped with air registered mail. Please check the shipping cost on the listing carefully before you shop.
• We offer combine shipping while more than one item you shop from us. Combine shipping offer details will depends on what item you interested.
• Free shipping will be offer for our special promotion items.
• We do provide DHL/Fedex/EMS speed post on request but the buyer should bare the extra shipping cost.
• Purchase over US$200 on cosmetic / skincare items, we will offer Free EMS speed post shipping.
• We will deliver the product within 3 working days after we received the payment.
• Normally, it takes around 7 days to Asian countries; 7-10 days to United States; 10-14 days to European countries or others.

Payment terms:

• We accept Paypal only. 
• Please contact us via baysmarket@gmail.com for the item(s) you interested, we will send you invoice via paypal.
• Please settle the payment within 3 days after you received the invoice. Otherwise we will assume you giving up, the item will be available to other afterward. 

Return/refund Policy:

• We offer a full refund to the items which was damaged by courier.
• If any of your parcel is damaged when you received it, take a photograph of the package and refuse to accept it. Please contact us immediately for this case.
